Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your piece, but if something isn’t quite right, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In their original condition
• With all original tags and packaging

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• We do not provide prepaid return labels
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

Alternatively, we offer store credit for returns, which is processed faster.

Items that do not meet our return conditions will not be accepted.
