Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your piece, but if something isn’t quite right, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In their original condition
• With all original tags and packaging

*Custom-made and made-to-order items (including custom-sized chains) are crafted to your exact measurements and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• We do not provide prepaid return labels
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Items returned without prior notice or that do not meet our return conditions will not be accepted.

 

Refunds & Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

• Original Payment Method: Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

• Store Credit: Alternatively, you may opt for store credit, which is issued immediately upon return approval.
