Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region. For pre-order or made-to-order items, production times are estimates and subject to change due to material availability or artisanal processes.

Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Prices and Currency Conversion

All prices displayed on our website are initially set in DKK (Danish Krone). For your convenience, we provide a currency switcher that allows you to view estimated prices in your local currency.

  • Exchange Rates: Please note that if you choose to pay in a currency other than DKK, the final price is calculated based on the current exchange rate at the time of checkout.

  • Bank Fees: Your bank or credit card issuer may apply additional transaction fees or different exchange rates for international purchases. These charges are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refunds: All refunds will be processed in the original currency of the transaction. Due to fluctuations in exchange rates, the refunded amount in your local currency may vary slightly from the original price paid.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark.
