Shipping & Delivery

We work efficiently to ship your order as soon as possible. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. You will be able to review the final shipping fee before completing your purchase.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that during high-demand periods or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.

International Orders & Customs

Please note that shipping prices do not include local import taxes or customs duties, which may apply to shipments outside the European Union. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. As customs policies vary widely by country, we cannot provide estimates or exercise control over these fees.

Refused Shipments

If a customer declines to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes, they assume full responsibility for all original postal charges, return shipment costs, customs fees, and handling charges.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location. While we aim to meet all estimated delivery dates, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes or local postal service disruptions.

Pre-order & Made-to-Order Items

To ensure sustainability and exclusivity, some of our items are produced specifically for you once the order is placed.

  • Production Time: Please check your email for the estimated shipping date, these orders take longer as they are made-to-order items. This timeframe is essential for our artisans to craft your piece with the highest quality.

  • Combined Shipments: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire shipment will be sent once the pre-order item is ready. If you prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

  • Estimated Delivery: Once the production phase is complete, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Please note that the delivery time chosen at checkout applies after the production period.
