Product Care & Preservation

Natural Characteristics. We source only the finest leather qualities; as such, any organic markings, grain variations, or subtle tonal shifts are inherent to the hide. These unique traits are signatures of a natural material and should not be viewed as flaws.

Environmental Maintenance. Preserve the leather’s structural integrity by avoiding high humidity and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or intense heat.

Surface Protection. To ensure the longevity of your piece, shield it from abrasive surfaces and prevent contact with water, oils, perfumes, or cosmetics, which may cause permanent marking.

Cleaning & Storage. For routine maintenance, gently buff the surface with a soft cotton cloth or a specialized leather sponge. For deeper cleaning, we recommend consulting a professional leather specialist. When not in use, store your item in the provided dust bag or wrap it in a breathable cloth to prevent dust accumulation and surface scratches.

Metal & Hardware Care. The stainless steel chain and sterling silver hardware are designed for lasting durability. Stainless steel is tarnish-resistant and low-maintenance, while sterling silver findings may naturally develop a gentle patina over time. To preserve their luster:
- Storage: Store flat or gently hung to prevent kinks and tangles in the chain links.
- Protection: Keep metal components clear of direct contact with perfumes, hairsprays, lotions, and saltwater.
- Polishing: Gently wipe the chain and clasp with a soft microfiber cloth or specialized jewelry polishing cloth after wear to remove surface oils and restore shine.
